Our Temple prides itself on the friendliness, enthusiasm, and community involvement of its members. Our diverse clubs appeal to different ages, tastes and interests.
Men's Club The Men’s Club’s brings our male congregants together for such activities as building the Sukkah, volunteering at local hospitals, hosting holiday dinners, organizing blood drives, fundraising for temple needs and intramural sports and outings with their children. Meetings are held the second Sunday morning of each month at the Temple. Contact Jeff Polevoy, President for further information.
TBR Youth Group TBR Youth Group has something for everyone! A great Jewish experience and the opportunities to foster a close identity with Israel through stories, games, field trips, Shabbat experiences, social events, and exposure to Jewish and Israeli culture. Contact Jana Schwartz for membership information. Office hours from Monday : 9:00am-3:00pm, Tuesday: 1:00pm-7:30pm, Wednesday-Thursday: 11:00am-5:00pm and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm.

- Reader's Circle Book Club, meets once a month on Thursday evenings. - Mah Jongg ,meets twice a week, once in the morning and once in the evening. - Cooking Class, meets to share delicious holiday recipes. - Yoga Class, which meets once a week in the evening. - Hillel's Angels, a seasonal motorcycle club - R.O.M.E.O. - Retired Old Men Eating Out!
T'Green Olam - Environmental Committee We all need to work towards reducing our individual and collective carbon footprints. We at Temple Beth Rishon have an opportunity to lead by example. Our committee works together to reduce environmental waste in both our temple and our homes. Join us!
Maimonides Caring Committee Helping each other and helping our neighbors - that's the essential force within our temple. Join us on the numerous committees to help not only congregants but our community at large.
Choral Groups - Kol Rishon is our talented adult choir which performs both during our services and at community events. Any teenager or adult is welcome to join. - Aleph Bet singers consists of all our 3rd and 4th grade students as well as any students from 5th, 6th and 7th grade who attend rehearsals.
Sisterhood The Sisterhood of Temple Beth Rishon is a way to bring Jewish women of all generations together for the purpose of personal and spiritual growth, friendship, community building, and Tikkun Olam. The Sisterhood offers an opportunity for you to become an active participant in the life of Temple Beth Rishon, with the support and friendship of other Jewish women in your community, to help support Jewish ideals and encourage spiritual connections.
